Retirees and a guest are free (paid from the Retiree’s fund).

Election of Delegates to the NALC National Convention are conducted at the October union meeting. Nominations were conducted in September.
Nominations may be made at the September union meeting or in writing prior to the union meeting. Candidates must certify that they have not applied for a management position in the last two years.
